Dreams - Hereford

I had the lovey Emma help me a week ago to pick my perfect bed. I have been suffering with my back for months and she helped with with everything from picking what bed, mattress that I needed for me, headboard, and delivery. Everything was so stress free and easy.

Sandra P was very attentive to mine and my husband’s requirements. She listened and offered good advice, was very personable and knowledgeable on the products available.

Emma was professional, approachable, efficient and knew her job well. We had ever confidence in what she told us about the products available to us. It was a great experience to shop at Dreams and Emma has a great sense of humour too.All in all our time spent Dreams was well worth while.

The process of choosing the right product was made much easier by Christine, one of the sales team in Hereford. She could not have been more helpful and had a good knowledge of products available

The lady who served us was fantastic.

The lady who dealt with us Emma was fantastic she told us about the beds what they did but us on the bed machine checker got us checking right beds and even why we was testing the beds other staff was checking on us to make shore we was ok when the shop was VERY busy. Nothing was to much trouble and all the staff in that shop was FANTASTIC .
