Was very happy with my visit. The lady sales executive was very lovely and the manager who assisted her was helpful too. Very kind and made an experience very pleasurable.

We were very happy with their service we received from Chris. She was very helpful and informative. She made great recommendations and was helpful with placing the order.

Lisa the trainee was great, very friendly took the time to ensure she only gave us the most accurate information

Chris in the Hereford branch was extremely helpful at all times. She was not your usual pushy sales person, Listened to our needs and left me feeling very positive. She is a model member of staff and if you could base all employee's with her attitude you would have no troubles at all.

I was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The store colleague knew what she was saying and all about the different mattresses that were available for my needs. Offered a coffee while doing the order, highly appreciated.

We were served by Sandra in the hereford store who was friendly and approachable and took the time to get to know us as a couple. As an expecting mum she also gave good advice on the care of the mattress.

The hole experience made me feel at ease something l’ve not had before when buying a new bed.Sandra was so helpful she made me feel she cared about how l slept and with this new bed my night sleep will be better can’t wait for my new bed to come

Very helpful young lady explained everything about what would be best for our special needs as a couple with very different needs as far as weight was one of our main concerns when choosing a comfortable mattress. It will be delivered next week so looking forward to a good nights sleep.
