We were dealt with by a friendly assistant who answered our questions and showed us appropriate products and then left us while we tried for ourselves.

Sandy in the Hereford store listened to my needs and showed me products for my budget. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Very polite and very efficient

I think the bed machine is a very good idea the lady that help me was very good and new what she was doing and the bit that i liked that she was bubbly and not pushy and she showed me all of the different beds
