We were greeted by a lovely lady Emma in your Hereford Store. We were well informed of Covid and their practices in the store. Emma was very kind and helpful, she knew exactly what we wanted. My Daughter tried your dreams sleepmatch and was very impressed. Emma matched us up to a mattress and it was perfect. Emma talked me through the 5 year cover and offers with buying a mattress which we chose to do all. There was no pressure for us to take these and that was nice. So we ended up with an excellent mattress, mattress protector, duvet, and pillows with 5 year cover for the mattress. We were offered hot or cold drinks, that was lovely, however we gratefully declined. Emma is a lovely lady full of help and cheerfulness, a great asset to your company, especially in these strange times. I have always purchased my beds from Hereford Dreams, but this was by far the best shopping experience i have had with your store. Keep up the good work! and please tell Emma that she is a star!

We were very impressed with the service and felt we were treated exceptionally well. We were offered a drink and seat and given personal one to one service, with safety and a smile. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

We entered the shop not knowing what we wanted. Our dreams assistant, Lucy, came to us right away and assisted us through the whole thing, picking our mattress and our bed. She knew exactly what we wanted and showed us a variety of options. She was friendly and very patient.

As soon as we walked into the shop, the assistant asked us straight away if we needed any help, or were we OK. Her help was required and she was very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole of our visit. Even under current Covid restrictions, we had the chance to try any bed we wanted and nothing was too much trouble.

All the staff were friendly in the store and operated in a covid safe manner. . We were served by Chris who was really helpful with helping us select the mattress we required. We were surprised how quick delivery would be. We were offered refreshments, but we had recently had eaten and drunk. We had been to another bed outlet just prior to this and were greatly surprised and pleased by the experience at Dreams especially all the staff were pleasant and would recommend the Hereford store.
