I was welcomed into the shop, given plenty of advice. Friendly member of staff, not too pushy. Was glad to be taken in hand rather than left to look at the bewildering number of beds available. Good controls in place.

My father and I were very impressed with the overall service. Chris was so very helpful and extremely patient as my elderly father has trouble hearing. I had to relate everything Chris said to dad. We were even offered a hot drink which was very welcome on a wet,miserable day. We will highly recommend dreams in Hereford to any family or friends. Thank you so much for all your help.

Chris at Dreams Hereford was very knowledgeable and helpful with our selection of a new mattress. At the check-out stage she explained clearly all the options available and even gave us a cup of tea!
