Dreams - Hereford

The member of staff who dealt with us was very rude. When entering the store we was advised not to sit on the beds (which we fully understand). However the tone and manner in which it was delivered was not acceptable. The mattress we purchase was dragged across the showroom floor by the sales assistant. When speaking to us regarding a protection payment, once we made it clear we was not interested in the cover the assistant became very switched off to us a customers. I will not be using Dreams again nor will I recommend them to friends or family

The foam mattress has an horrid smell, when contacting customer services there’s noting they can do to immediately resolve the issue and are expecting my toddler to sleep in the bed. This is disgusting!!!! I have to now wait for a manger to cap me back which could be today’s or Monday and can’t have a refund until Someone has been to inspect the mattress which they have no timescale for!

I went into the Hereford store on the 23rd Dec to purchase a £2000 bed. I arrived at around 11am and was the only customer in the store. The two ladies working in there showed little interest in wanting to help me as they were too busy preparing for the after Christmas sales. When me and the sales women sat down we were interrupted a few times by what i can only presume was her boss insisting that she hurry up as they didn't have the time for this and had other things to do. If it was not for the Dreams vouchers i had i would not of followed through with the purchase. When i was initially deciding what bed to buy we visited your boucher road store in Northern Ireland, the staff there were fantastic, sadly they told us we could not spend our vouchers there.

I clicked the wrong button - usually the best button is on the right of surveys - I was HIGHLY SATISFIED. I have wanted a new bed for 3 years and FINALLY made it to your shop, having bought a TERRIBLE mattress from one of your competitors. I was almost phobic about going into a bed shop. Sandra, the assistant we met, was WONDERFUL kind - understanding - friendly - you should give her a raise!

I was satisfied

The mattress i brought is so uncomfortable the springs are coming through the bed after 7 days of having it!!!!
