The staff were very helpful and did seem to try and find us the right mattress. However we explained our bedroom was in the eaves and is very warm and we ended up with a Tempur mattress that is very hot to sleep on so not happy that we were correctly matched to the product. I have since read tonnes of reviews complaining about the heat of these mattresses. The lady told us to avoid memory foam but said Tempur mattresses were different and not hot. I really suffer with insomnia so getting the right mattress was crucial for me. I had such high hopes for a new mattress and feel let down. lots of hot sweaty sleepless nights ahead!

It annoyed me that the most important thing about my order was all the extra payments for issues that had not arisen and I could easily avoid e.g spilling coffee on the mattress, missing my delivery or deciding it was not comfortable.Every single things cost more and it seemed unlikely that the delivery man would let me know when he was coming.
