Dreams - Hereford

We had a very positive experience of visiting our local dreams store. The assistant Christine was very friendly and helpful. We have used the sleep match machine and then we’ve been helped to choose the right mattress for us. Very helpful staff who went through all of the options for our bad back. We found our experience with Dreams excellent, from start to finish nothing was to much trouble. Looking forward to receiving our new mattress.

We were seen in the Hereford store by Sandy. She was really helpful with what we were looking for. She suggested we did the sleep match to help us find a suitable mattress. She then took us to the mattresses that were suggested by the match. We definitely agreed with what we lay on and have chose a mattress based on that recommendation. Sandy gave us the time to try some of the mattresses that we liked and answered the questions we had.

Lucy was very helpful and helped us locate a mattress which was suitable and comfortable for our needs.

Member of staff was extremely helpful and answered all questions we had. We were in and out in a flash with no problems. Offered a hot drink and used the machine to be more aware of what we needed

From the minute we walked into the store we were made to feel very welcome. The assistance was very helpful and listen to what we need, she showed us our options on what we asked for and was very friendly and polite.

Overall a very good service from start to finish and the member of staff that dealt with me was very good

Very, @sandy at Hereford was brilliant. She helped me greatly looking for the right bed. With my job I have great pressure on my back so making sure I have the best night sleep is important

Emma was great, polite and friendly. We had our children with us too and they enjoyed watching us on the TV while lying on the bed analyser, and miraculously they stayed sat on one bed while me and my husband were testing others. She was very accommodating while I was dashing backwards and forwards between the beds while I was making decisions.

Sandy was very kind,helpful and very professional, she understood our problems and was able to help us get our order delivered as quickly as possible

It was obvious from the start that the staff knew the product well and customer needs. As well as being made very welcome as soon as I walked through the door. A rare treat to find social distancing and customer care working hand in hand.
