Not completely satisfied as I would have expected the delivery time to be less was told it was down to the tv not being available, I would have thought that if you have twenty beds on order you would obviously order twenty tv,s

Very satisfied by the staff, but rarely score higher for layouts or products in stores as I generally mark stores on the staff they have.

Only due to a computer system being updated which delayed our order being placed. The assistant offered us a cup of tea and gave us a seat to wait at which was very appreciated.

This was the second visit we'd made to dreams to try the mattresses. There was only one member of staff available at the time of purchase which meant we waited a while before being served as the staff member was with another customer. However this did give us opportunity to try the mattresses for longer. The staff member was helpful when available. The store is looking a bit shabby from the outside and could do with improving. Based on all of the above, I am satisfied with the whole experience

The delivery time was a big problem as I am furnishing a cottage for holiday lets and have to wait until Aug 12th for delivery, therefore it is impossible to rate the product until we have it.
