Purely a cost point of view. Spent more than we were planning to as nothing really in our budget. Not happy that we have to pay for delivery even tho we were told we could not collect the mattress.

Only one member of staff available. He had to balance several customers at once, which probably put some customers off buying from this store. Having to pay for delivery, when it is offered FOC online.

I feel that we have been fair on are comments , Nobody was rude and we where quite happy with are visit on Saturday. Thank you

Did not know what I really required,no fault of shop assistant ,she was very helpful

I was surprised how long it will be before I receive my bed after ordering it

not many bedsteads on show mattress were very short of choice what was there quite pricey

The bed that I bought did not have a centre leg underneath on the display model and nothing to indicate that it did have one. I would never purchased a bed with a centre leg as it is a sign of poor manufacture and indicates a weak frame. Until recently beds never had toy town middle legs, because they were built properly and not using skimping processes in their manufacture and building. It is a sign of a badly made bed that is simply not robust enough. I would not have bought the bed if I had realised and feel cheated. Also the bed I bought, an Earlswood, is overpriced in my view as it is a minimalistic amount of frame etc., and is not a solid wood bed.

the first person I approached did not seem very interested

It was a big purchase and was hoping to be able to use a 10 year guarantee I had but unfortunately I couldn't as its not valid for another 4 years.
