Because they encouraged us to purchase a cheaper mattress and once we committed to purchase he went off to serve someone else. I would have thought once you have a customer who has indicated they wish to purchase you would stay with them until the deal is done. I am overall satisfied and this is a minor thing.

I do not think in this day and age that it is acceptable to have to wait over a month for a mattress to be delivered. I can buy a house in less time than that!!

Ashley the store Colleague was helpfully show us the range of the type of bed that we want. We made the purchase even thou we were just looking as we were in the area at the time went out to buy some bird seed and can back with a bed .

The service within Store was perfect and could not have asked for better service. Information was provided, we weren't hounded by sales staff and the offer of a cup of tea was a nice touch. Also, by the sales staff speaking he offered the military discount.

Was advised to choose bed linen as a discount. Was conscious of the time already taken with Advisor and felt rushed. Therefore were given pillows, pillow cases, duvet and fitted sheets. Unfortunately pillows and pillow cases were for standard bed and not king size, which we had ordered. Not good quality either. I would have much preferred to have received a discount rather than "freebies" as half the items are of no use.

There was one assistant in store and he was tied up with another customer. This would not normally be a problem to me but I was on a tight schedule and I very nearly had to leave the store without the purchase. Ashley was very helpful when I got his attention and did apologise for his delay.

There were no problems and we did not need assistance to find and select our purchase. So there was nothing to test the level of service.

On the day of the delivery I had a phone call to say they were on the way so I took our old materess to the local skip. Then the delivery van was involved in an accident and was unable to deliver. Obviously this is an unavoidable issue but what was not acceptable was that we had to wait for another week for the delivery to be re-arranged. We had no materss for over a week.
