Dreams - Hereford

Just the delivery date would have preferred a few days sooner than the date quoted.

I had originally gone to your store in Burton and had received excellent help and advice there but wasn't ready to purchase the item. When I was ready, I went to my local Dreams in Hereford, but because of the help given prior to this visit I could make my informed choice.

The store did not stock all items (I understand that there are 100's of items and that this would not be possible in reality in a smaller store), the staff however were very helpful and we were offered a cup of tea straight away. The prices are quite high and the only saviour was that you currently have a sale on. Whilst I understand that the larger the mattress the higher the cost, I do believe that an increase of £100 on the price of a mattress from double to king (mattress only £249 as a double, £349 as a king) is excessive. Maybe offering some form of a discount when a person purchases a mattress and the bed frame would be beneficial as the cheapest bed frame I could see was £249 and therefore means that I will go and search online for cheaper alternatives.

Just a bittpricey.

I actually wanted a different product but it was no available to take away on the day as had travelled some distance, so I had to have a higher priced product.

Highly satisfied is not a term I would usually use about a buying experience. Satisfied is good is a good bench mark.

There was only one member of staff working during a busy Easter period, that said, we were satisfied with the service we received from her.

even tho sale on prices are still very high in comparison to other stores. and had constant asking if was okay.

As my husband is a wheel chair user, some areas of the shop were a bit tight, had to plan the route carefully

There is always some room for improvement. Nothing is ever perfect.
