The term 'highly satisfied' seems a bit over zealous for a trip to a bed store. 'Satisfied' is in my opinion, sufficient to describe a very good experience within expectations

I thought the sales person seemed like she really wanted to make a sale. Don't like people who talk on at you.

I had already done my research on the specific mattress needed for my bed before visiting a Dreams store. This meant that the Sales Assistant was unable to show me a variety of products or explain the various benefits of different products, as I knew the exact item I wanted. As a result, the conversation between myself and the Sales Assistant was brief before I made the purchase...but she was still knowledgeable about the chosen product.

store was fine but delivery and set up of item was very poor. Also item was damaged in a position not pointed out to me in the shop. Do not know if this was shop display damage or occurred during delivery

I am not prepared to give the highest possible rating to an experience that is only part of the overall purchasing process. The mattress has still to be delivered and used before I can be sure that all aspects of the process, including the information provided in store, are at the highest level.

Having purchased a new mattress (from another store) only about three months ago due to back pain problems and not found this to have helped, I wanted to try an affordable mattress with a different firmness rating. The one I selected from your range turned out not to be available in store which meant I had to order it without first trying it to see if it was, as I hope it will be, an improvement on the one previously bought. I am aware of your 40 day exchange scheme but this only allows one exchange. It would have been much better to have been able to see and fell the product before buying.

I was satisfied and l rarely answer highly satisfied unless l am extremely pleased with my order. It has not arrived yet so l cannot comment on something that has not yet been completed.

It was busy that day so I did have to wait for assistance at times and it took a long time to place the order on the computer.
