We saw a different colour item to the one we actually ordered. Therefore, until we receive our order I felt I couldn’t click ‘highly satisfied’. The item was as we wanted and were satisfied it would suit our needs.

We were highly satisfied with the help we received in store!! Sandra was very helpful. When our bed was delivered the delivery men were unable to get it up the stairs, unfortunately. the delivery men left and we made the required adjustments to our house within the following hour. We called Dreams to explain the improvements had been made but they were unable to deliver until Saturday the 18th, this incurred an extra £10 charge on top of what we have already paid. If we did not pay we would not receive our bed until the 21st. My partner and I are now sleeping on the sofa until Saturday.

Due to the amount we had spent, we were offered free delivery. We were then asked if we would like to specify a delivery slot. Though it did not make much difference to us because someone would be at home all day on delivery day, we nevertheless specified a morning delivery. It was only after the assistant had entered this into the computer that we were told that there was a £24.00 charge for this service and that the order could not now be changed. We should have been told about the charge before the decision was made, in which case we would not have specified a delivery slot. Also, it seems strange that the decision is irreversible once made.

Only 1 assistant in store so had to wait whist she dealt with another customer. When served the assistant was very helpful and apologised for keeping us waiting.

Signing up for the interest free credit took longer than choosing the bed approx 30 mins. Seemed overly complex and staff were unsure of the process requiring 3 people to assist.

I was told that delivery was free and then advised I needed to pay if I wanted to specify a morning or afternoon delivery
