I have not yet had my mattress delivered (one of the things I am not satisfied with waiting over 2 weeks for deliver)..so can not be 100% sure how satisfied I will be with a few things, Value, quality etc

The purchase of the bed was ok although the sales person was a tad too enthusiastic to sell but was ok. My reason for not being highly satisfied is that I just called in to the store to see about getting a colour swatch of the bed so I could colour match other items. The very abrupt answer was “NO”! Not “sorry but we haven’t got any at the moment but will try to” I left thinking.... I’ve just spent over £1500 with these people and that’s the response☹️ Left feeling very ****** off I must admit. John

Felt rushed & sales person had to deal with other enquiries from other staff & phone calls while dealing with me.

Sales representative typed the wrong address details into the finance order, causing the process to fail. I had to correct the issue myself, in-store involving a call to Barclays. The representative was in the process of calling Barclays, after advise from another colleague, however, it was quicker for me to do it myself.

Sandy the store assistant dealing with us was lovely, and very patient and went out of her way to get us a good deal. However the supervisor Sandy seemed very brusque and condescending. For example - when we noticed the invoice was in error we had checked that the price was the same but when we cited this she said - no its not - not very customer focused! She could have said "I'm not sure we'll just check" Overall very well satisfied but that one thing marred the experience.

The sales team were excellent. I was not in the best place emotionally on the day, so perhaps that is why I did not give all highly satisfied answers. Otherwise all was good.
