I was not blown away with anything really, I am not that sort of person. I'm either happy or not happy with things. On this occasion I was satisfied with all that I've been asked. It's individual choice for me that matters and I didn't feel pressurized by your sales colleagues which in some stores is a big no for me. My overall experience in the shop was good.

Thought it was exspensive but glad we paid for what we did :)

The mattress recommending machine did not work and by the staffs reaction its not the first issue they have had. The staff member Karen however was fantastic and listened to my needs and was able to direct me to the products that would suit me through her own knowledge of the products. The store looks tired and needs a revamp and personally I feel a better layout would improve the ease of finding the correct product.

I was satisfied with the service, it was very good. Highly satisfied is not what I would normally give anyone except in certain circumstances.

I haven’t received the product yet so can’t really give a highly satisfied until I’ve tried the item

To be honest, everything was great, I haven’t given top marks, as I knew what I wanted and didn’t need that much assistance.

I was satisfied with my service very polite and helpful. I was not highly satisfied because of duration of time for the product to be delivered when i thought 7-21 working days would be suffice to pack and deliver the product not 6 weeks.

A couple of questions I had specifically about the item I purchased could not be answered and the details available in front of evert item also did not have the answers to product specific questions that I asked. I had to come home and research the details myself. This was in comparison to your competitor, Bensons, who could answer every question I asked but also had the details clearly shown on signage and had product brochures with the information contained that I could take away.
