Collected the product while in store

We were very happy with all aspects of our visit, assistance and purchase. No complaints. We knew exactly what we wished to purchase and Karen who attended to us was most helpful.

Karen from your Hereford store was absolutely lovely. My criticisms are as follows: 1. When people are spending that amount of money it would be nice to be offered a machine coffee or water and biscuits. Karen did offer us hot drinks from an urn. 2. When we went into the store previously and looked at the bed we eventually purchased a store assistant told my son off for wanting to get on the top bunk of the bed. He was supervised by myself so it wasn't really necessary for her to reprimand him and state the Herefordshire council will fine her if he falls off. 3. The assembly price changed from £49.00 to £70.00. Surely the original price quoted 5 days earlier should have been honoured?

Unfortunately the bed I bought had a 6 week wait for delivery.

A bit more choice of firm mattresses would be better.

Mattress not in store

The store assistant Sandy and the manager were very attentive when we arrived at 5 pm , they offered us refreshments and assistance straight away , the bed profiling was fun ! i like the graphics and narrative , we didn't feel rushed at all and after a long day at work for them it is hard to stay motivated but i thought they did an excellent job and made us feel welcome. Upselling duvets ,pillows and bed assembly was offered but declined , which was not a problem for them which is very important to me , i would have gone home and purchased online elsewhere had i felt pressured to buy.

The cost of the product was more than I expected.

All appears ok but until delivered and in use nit possible to say how satisfied that I might be.

I wanted a very quick delivery but this was not possible
