Served by 1 member of staff who was really good, however was being constantly overlooked by the manager and felt that the manager was making her feel very uncomfortable and making her seem imcompitant. Very unprofessional behaviour from the manager in front of us as customers

Have been sold bed cover which I don’t want, and didn’t ask for; will be ringing up to get my £85.00; the rest of the service was excellent. First delivery date was a month from purchase?

Had to wait about 1520 minutes for sales assistance to accept our purchase because someone before us was buying on credit. Process took forever. Unacceptable.

Sandra my saleswoman was not very personable. I explained I was with my niece but she still kept calling her my daughter and the sleep test didn’t work which I didn’t find out until the end of the whole test. She blamed my niece for pressing down on the bed at the start but if this was so perhaps she might of checked it was still registering properly at the start. As a result I did not take the test. To be honest I wasn’t taken with the sales team but I loved the mattress and the price so it was the product and not the team that got my sale

There were a lot of good points and the service was very good if anything a little bit pushy the level of the persons knowledge was very good
