Ashley was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was efficient in trying to meet our requirements in both quality and price and consequently we will be ordering another mattress though this time a base as well in the very near future. He is a credit to the company and he exceeded all of our expectations having had a bad customer experience with a local competitor.

Friendly staff. Good relavent acvice. No pressure.

Staff extremely good and knowledgeable. Store does look a litte bit tired (eg old coffee Mugs). Price of beds is high.

The customer service agent was very polite and ready to assist. Her knowledge of the products was spot on, Chris was willing to assist and answer every question. She did no wrong just that human being can never be perfect.

A little pressure was applied in buying extra products although the budget was clearly explained to the sales assistant

Did not have the headboard I wanted in biscuit colour even though it was advertised.
