Found the mattress we were looking for quick easy and effortless transaction

The sales staff were energetically proactive. The discounted price on the beds was surprisingly good.

The gentleman who served us was extremely helpful and patient and not pushy in any way which was good

Assistant was polite, friendly & knowledgeable. He clearly & concisely explained the product, was not at all "pushy", and left us to discuss when required. A perfect balance!

We were shown the selections and codes and then left to our own decision without being haressed but if we had questions he was there to answer them.

Our sales assistant Ashley Ward was fantastic, knew exactly what he was talking about, what extras we could have and gave us lots of information on different mattresses! Really helped us make our final decision!

We were welcomed in to the store by a pleasant young gentleman and left alone for time to browse. After 5-10 minutes he asked if we would like assistance. He had great understanding of our needs and pointed us in the right direction, he knew what we was talking about and was kind and patient. Our kids loved him especially when he set them up in the Tempura room with the mattresses giving a gentle massage whilst they were fixed to the tv at the bottom of the bed. We were not pressured into anything and felt that we could place our order with confidence. We choose to collect our mattress from the warehouse and the staff here were also very polite and courteous.

Excellent staff member (Ashley Ward - Hereford) couldn't do enough too help me and took time to understand my needs and even fetched appropriate pillows so that I could try the bed properly. Excellent team member - well done to Ashley
