Staff were very helpful, helped me choose the right bed as i was looking at the wrong style for what i needed. Did a very good deal for me and the delivery situation of a 2 hour time slot will be ideal.

That where very helpful it was nice that they new what l was looking for and took the time to go through every thing with me thank you for your help

We was immediately greeted by a friendly sales person (Ashley W). His knowledge was very helpful in our choice of bed.

The salesman (Ashley) was excellent, very, very helpful and informative, nothing was too much trouble for him. I will definitely visit Dreams in Hereford again.

I was greeted on arrival by Emma who was a very polite, smart, efficient sales person who knew her products and was able to assist me with my purchase. She asked her colleagues to assist with the changeover of a mattress on a bed to enable me to test the mattress which I then decided to purchase together with a Lucia K B/S brown. Another sales assistant asked if I wanted tea or coffee-he was also very helpful.

We did not know what type of mattress we wanted or indeed what sorts were available. Emma very patiently explained the different types of mattress construction available and made recommendations to us according to our needs.

When we entered your Hereford Branch of Dreams, there was a very warm welcome, Ashley W approached us to see if we needed any assistance, from that time he was very professional a pleasure in every way, from start to the time we ended our visit, we returned the following day to order our bed, wardrobes and bedside cabinets . When we entered the store once again a very warm welcome, Ashley W helped us through our purchase from the start, a truly professional person, a real asset to your company, also the young man who we can't remember his name, who when we first saw the bed earlier this year can not praise him or Ashley W enough.

It's realy quality and family it's always doing they shopping from sweet dreams store that's why I know how is the quality inside the store and I will still cary on doing my shopping fin sweet dream.

The assistant went out of his way to show us beds suitable to our needs, to show us other similar beds so that we could compare and to look up in catalogues whether we could get exactly what we were looking for. He also offered us an appropriate discount and was very friendly.
