The member of staff was very good at his job. Unlike some stores where they try to hard sell you something this member of staff listened to what i wanted and made finding it seemless.

The customer service we received was outstanding. We at not point felt pushed into the sale and extremely relaxed with our assistant Emma.

The assistant carefully listened to our requirements and then helped us accordingly. We have previously bought beds from Dreams and knew we were going to be well treated

Friendly, informative and quick service

The staff were very helpful , Ashley.W. and a very nice girl who's name i forget understood our needs perfectly. The manager Ed was very helpful and got our mattress delivered very quickly. I shall be returning to the Hereford store to make more purchases , and to thank the staff in person . We did try a store nearby but came back to Dreams.... thankyou

We had just had a bad experience with one of your competitors in Hereford (Bensons) whilst trying to buy a new bed for my grandson - so we entered your store with trepidation. However, we were met by Emma who could not have been more courteous, friendly and helpful, in fact she was a breath of fresh air!! Her knowledge of the product was second to none and we did not feel any unpleasant pressure to buy at all...however, we DID buy a very sturdy looking cabin bed with a desk, chair and loads of storage for a brilliant price...similar beds in your competitor's store were twice the price, unstable and didn't even include the desk, chair and storage! (and their member of staff was extremely rude and obnoxious...) SO we are absolutely thrilled as, I am sure, my grandson will be also......! Please pass on our thanks to Emma! and thank you Dreams...
