Dreams - Hereford

The store attendant Ashley W was extremely helpful and nothing was too much of a bother. The range of stock was good. We told him that we had purchased from Dreams about four years ago and he looked the details up. We decided to change our bed and mattress because it was too heavy to move. What we have purchased this time is lighter and we will be able to move it more efficiently. I certainly would recommend to anyone to shop at Dreams for both the choice, quality and staff service.

My daughter and I were looking for a vintage bed and couldn't find what we were looking for and were thinking of leaving when a man named Ashley W approached us and told us to look in a catalogue which sold vintage bed frames, the catalogue had many beds we liked and Ashley was exceptional nothing was too much trouble he went at of his way to help us detailing finishes etc, it was so refreshing to be served rather than ignored. Well done to Ashley I would go and see him again if we need a bed thank you Nettie Fish

Emma, the assistant who helped us was knowledgeable of the beds and products in the store. She was very helpful with all the questions, I asked of her. Very pleasant and processed the order very efficiently. I had intended to compare prices with other stores ,but had no need to, as we found an absolute bargain in the Hereford store . I am now awaiting delivery of my mattress on Tuesday, and look forward to a comfortable night on my new mattress.
