The assistance provided was excellent - honesty and real product knowledge made our life so much easier. There was a large range to choose from the prices are very competitive and the overall experience was very relaxing but satisfying. Our sales assistant Ashley did his job to perfection.

I had previously visited the store and was helped by Ashley (number 1) who was most helpful. He also offered me tea/coffee. On my next visit Ed and Ashley (number 2) were most helpful and tea and coffee were provided whilst completing the sale. They retained their sense of humour and professionalism as I tried my hardest to squeeze the price down.

Friendly staff and good prices

It was quiet in the store so I had the undivided attention of the assistant. I told him what I was looking for and he was very helpful. I had made a preliminary visit last week and he remembered what I was looking for. I liked the range on offer and the fact that I don't have to wait too long for delivery.

I felt well advised and found the mattress I wanted quickly and was well informed about it.

We knew we were looking for a good quality mattress and Ashley w who showed us around was very attentive. He pointed out that there was a clearance mattress exactly the same as what we were looking for! This offer seemed too good to be true, we looked at the mattress and as he said, there wasn't anything wrong with it! So that is the one that we bought
