We were helped to get a good value mattress and to understand the differences between mattresses. Most of all we were given a delivery date, it was subsequently confirmed, confirmed again the day before the delivery and we were given a delivery slot in the day. VERY helpful.

We were served by Ed Hacket who was very friendly and helpful with our purchase. His colleague was similarly friendly.

Friendly staff, eager to help but not too pushy like some stores. Knowledge of bed and mattress by Ashley (staff member who sold me the bed). Took the time to explain the building of the bed and also showed me the sprung slats in the box they come in so to see how easily they are at fitting. Overall the service Ashley provided was excellent.
