Your sales assistant was polite and helpful. We needed to measure the bed and he immediately got a tape measure and discussed different beds that would suit the space we had . He made conversation with us that was both friendly and appropriate.

I was given all the time I needed to select and test the bed I chose. I enjoyed a coffee while discussing the pros and cons of the bed features. I could not have wished for a better experience. Thank you Ashley G of Hereford!

I entered the premises with intention to have my own experience and decision making and i had this. The assistant Emma approached me only to ask once if we required any assistance, my reply was i would like to browse first and that was exactly what happened. Emma was the most perfect sales women that answered every question of need, that led to a perfect sale. I am therefore very happy with the bed i have purchased from Dreams and therefore will be very happy to buy another of my beds that certainly need changing within the next week. I highly praise the company and also all members of staff during our time there.

Greeted by friendly staff introducing them steels and the store . Very helpful,guided me. Didn't have the lucia in stock in superking, searched but all had sold. Store found me manhattan which was very similar. Showed me the bed frame,showed me other similar. I chose manhattan. Staff weren't aware they sold out size, but very sorry for them not knowing. Which higher problem.not the shop. They can't know all the stock. All 3 staff and manger very chatting to myself and other customers. Explained in detail the mattress as I'd not really much knowledge on them. Staff are very well trained.

Even though the stor was nusy (Bank Holiday Weekend), Ashley (W) still spent a considerable amount of time assisting me with my purchase, even though at times I was a little indecisive about what I thought I wanted. he showed me not only what I was looking for, but also offered alternate suggestions, one of week I actually made in the final purchase. Credit to your company.

Staff excellent, knowledgeable and friendly without being familiar. Sales lady - Emma - was extremely good. I would recommend anyone visiting the store to seek her out.

The person that dealt with us was very friendly, obliging and helpful , explaining everything we needed to know to make the right choice for us .

the staff were brilliant and helpful as we were purchasing a bed for our son who is away on tour with the army they were that helpful we ended up buying a bed base for ourselves
