Ash spent time with us explaining the products, made suggestions and allowed us time to consider them. He also made us both coffee while we made our decision.

As I know little about the technicalities of bed manufacture, he explained the difference between pocket and open springs, and although I was only looking for an inexpensive bed, for the spare room, he gave me all the time I needed, and steers me towards a better quality pair of pillows.
