The sales person was extremely helpful as we could not remember what we had had previously as we had only called in on the off chance and he looked up on the system and found our previous order whih was 10 years ago and informed us you did not have that matress any more but advised us of those that were similar. He did not pressure us we were left to make our mind up and he dealt with the order extremely efficiently.
