We were greeted by the two sales gentlemen on walking into the store. After a few minutes we were asked if we wanted any assistance. Ash G stayed with us until the sale was complete and was more than helpful.

Really helpful and friendly. Had a coffee while looking round.saved us money and spent a long time helping us.not pushy and didn't make us feel a nuisance while we decided. A very genuine and helpful assistant. Very happy.

We have previously visited this store and spoken to Emma, this was for some initial advice. We returned for a more in depth look this week and again Emma answered all of our questions. She has such a pleasant professional manner and she made the whole experience easy and pleasant she is areal asset to your company and should be recognised for her contribution to making people want to use your Hereford store.
