Help and advice given by assistant could not have been better. She was knowledgeable, friendly and showed interest in us as customers; helped by a lovely sense of humour. Products - good variety to try out, quality good; prices a bit eye-watering but you only buy a mattress once in a while so...!

After a brief browse we were approached by a member of staff to assist and he spent a long time with us, listening to our requirements and making informed suggestions. He was encouragning and pointed out sales items and products that would meet our specific needs. We left with several items that we are very happy with. Service was swift and efficient and friendly. We were also impressed with the 0% finance option, without which we would not have been able to make our purchase.

Staff Member Ashley was super efficient, friendly and polite. Ashley was able to provide in depth information about all the products asked detailing the positive and negatives based on the criteria given. I felt that Ashley gave unbiased information to meet our specific needs and left us alone to try out the products in our own time. Ashley actively encouraged to spend time to ensure that we felt we had selected the right item. I never felt that I was pushed into a 'hard sell' and felt that he was genuinely interested in customer care and wanted us to have a good shopping experience. I was very impressed with his honest and caring approach. I would definitely recommend this store to others.

I was looking for a good quality mattress and had researched the options online at John Lewis. However I live a decided to look at beds at Dreams as the nearest John Lewis is a long distance for me from Hereforshire. I went into the Dreams store in Hereford and was given immediate assistance and tried the beds suggested. The second mattress was very comfortable and very similar to the one I had looked at for John Lewis and the price was coincidentally on sale which was very helpful to me. The assistant was able to organise delivery and recycling of my old Mattress very easily and quickly and also to match the John Lewis delivery and recycling prices. I was really impressed at the quality, the efficiency, the service I received. My assistant was called Ashley W. The validation code is 094. I would definitely shop there again.
