Emma, the store assistant was patient and did not pressure us in to a purchase but advised us of a variety of options. We chose the bed and bedroom furniture because of her friendly manor. She was able to help with organising the delivery of the purchase as we are moving soon and she came up with a plan to get it all delivered in a timely manor.

we bought a single bed earlier in the year and were so pleased with the service that ashley w gave us we said that we would be back for a bed for ourselves,so when we had the time to come back up to you we asked for ashley to serve us and we were very pleased again he is a credit to your company 5star service again from him.

We have looked around a lot of shops because we needed a new bed and have just moved to Whitchurch from stroud. Dreams turned out to be the best for beds

My wife and I were greeted just after entry into the store although there was no attempt to be 'pushy'. We were shown a number of mattresses that matched our criteria and were then left to discuss the decision privately. Queries were answered promptly and professionally. Following a decision to purchase we were taken through the procedure including delivery date, available insurances and collection for disposal of old mattress - which included a green disposal bag with instructions.
