Given space to browse the items before being asked for help which is good because some shops are too intense which is off putting. Excellent staff knowledge and customer service. Brilliant explanations about the different types of mattresses and offers and what would be beneficial

There were no 'pushy' salespeople. The staff at the store were available immediately I required assistance and were professional and polite at all times. I was made to feel a valued customer which was very much appreciated.

Greeted upon entering, but not in a pushy way. friendly, helpful and attentive assistant (Ashley), but he sensitively moved away when we said we would like some time on our own.

A good variation of products, well laid out and competitively priced. The staff was very helpful , polite and not pushy. Very please with our purchase.

I went in with the idea of "looking at mattresses" and came out having bought one. The whole experience was better than expected.

The name of the chap assisting us was Ashley at the Hereford, homer rd Dreams. Ashley was not 'pushy' in his manner and although he made us aware he was there to assist us, he also have us time to peruse at our leisure and therefore did not feel pressured. He was friendly, approachable and knowledgable.

Great customer service and very helpful

we bought a bed and mattress, and needed help to understand the various types of mattress. Emma was very knowledgable, and advised us, not necessarily to the most expensive, but to the right one for us. We were impressed by her. We also like the 40 day mattress trial, as it does make sense when dealing with such an expensive item, to be able to try it out in situ.
