I had a very unfortunate experience with a competitor I was extremely wary of committing to a purchase I only required a 4ft mattress Emma was extremely helpful explaining the different qualities of the range on offer she also had some helpful advice in light of what had happened previously as to which mattress would suite and explained your 'bed cover' insurance which I also purchased In all an extremely positive experience

Ashley who served us could not have been better. He was knowledgeable, friendly, presentable and came across as someone who understood our needs. He gave us options and recommendations throughout our time in the store. We left feeling very satisfied that we had received excellent service and got the product we wanted. I would recommend shopping at this Dreams store to anyone who asks.

We were greeted when entering the store and then asked if we required help. We were shown the types of products we wanted to find and the various types of mattress were explained to us. We were then left to have a look and discuss on our own. When we were ready it was easy to locate the person we had been speaking to and we were given further assistance. The assistant was extremely helpful and pleasant, without being pushy! Excellent.

I was very pleased with the service the sales assistant Ashley gave at the Hereford store. We were served promptly and politly and as we were looking for both a bed and mattress we were shown the items in our price range. The sales advisor had an extremely good knowledge of the products on offer and was able to explain the benefits of the items we were choosing. We were given plenty of time to try out the matresses without being hurried.. When I could not find the exact bed I wanted in store Ashley located it online Will be going back to the store to buy another bed soon.

Helpful and friendly staff, ease of ordering.

We were very overwhelmed when looking for our bed but the guy at Dreams Ashley W was very helpful and explained all that we needed to know and helped make it much easier to understand. He took his time with us discussing the various option until we were satisfied with what we chose
