Store assistant outstanding never have been so impressed in all my life

We bought a Sleepeeze double king mattress from you eight years ago, and possibly the divan below it as well, so knew where to go for a new one. We knew what we wanted and your assistant Ashley discussed those on view with us. We were inclined to buy the Addington one and subsequently made an order for it over the phone.

Wonderful experience to find my perfect mattress. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were served by Ashley G. who was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses which were on sale. He was incredibly patient; as we took ages choosing our new one, as you have so much choice in your store. We bought our old one from you about eight years ago. It has been very satisfactory. The staff were so very helpful then and very friendly which is why we returned to the store this time. In fact the girl who served us then was still working for you. overall a good experience

The pricing was very competitive compared to other similar products elsewhere and the sales assistant was very pleasant and helpful.

Up on arrival i was greeted with a warm welcome and offered help. I was served by Ashley W. Working for travelodge myself i know how important customer service is and Ashley tops it by far. He did every thing he could to get me what i needed. And to interact with my 3 year old son was lovely. Ashley is a valuable member of your team.
