The overall experience was great, including the Dreams employee who was very knowledgeable, efficient and also, luckily for us, the item was in stock which usually isn't the case!

Friendly staff made to feel welcome at the store, very helpful for what we were lokoking for, left store with a very happy son with his new bed.

The member of staff called Ashley wasn`t pushy, knew his products and spent time going through all our options.

The store staff were very freindly and Helpful, I was with my young daughter and had never chosen a new matress before and Emma the lady who attended me was very helpful and well informed about how to choose a matress and the different options available, she was very sweet and patient with my daughter and extreamly freindly and enthusiastic.

Ashley was the member of staff that served us. He was very approachable and helpful. My son need the toilet and he offered the staff female ones. Nothing was too much trouble with 2 young children with me. He offered another alternative to the product I had seen on the web.
