Emma the assistant was excellent she helped us all way did not try to sell us anything we did not require and took us through everything

My wife and I were highly satisfied with the complete experience of shopping at Hereford Dreams Store. We received attention from the moment we walked into the store. The person attending to us, Ash G, was very attentive to our needs and gave us most helpful advice. The whole experience was a delight from start to finish and we have no complaints what so ever. We were even given a cup of tea.

The store had the I product I was looking for. I also was looking at ulturatives and a member of staff helped me to decided. He also introduce a great offer which I wasn't aware of so I am grateful of that.

The knowledge of your staff was extreamly good. Nothing was too much botther, and spent a lot of time explaining things to us. There was no pushy sales tactics, just honest good customer service.

All was as it should be, attentive staff, good products and reasonable prices.

I had previously visited the store but this order was placed by phone. The gentleman I dealt with was excellent and we shall be returning to order a mattress. I was particularly impressed with the arrangements made for delivery although would have liked the free delivery available via the Internet.

Emma was a wonderful assistance to help me get the product that suited me the best and an incredibly reasonable price . I'm so impressed that although my chosen delivery date fell on a bank holiday Friday I was still eligible for delivery on that day . I was offered a beverage whilst completing my order which I found to be most polite and courteous and all paperwork was completed swiftly and without pressure to buy add ons to my products .
