Customer service was friendly ,welcoming and knowledgeable about the products.

Salesman(Anthony) was very knowledgeable and patient no pressure to make the sale even though it took us three visits to commit to the purchase.

When I walked into Dreams, Hereford the store was undergoing renovation, however I can see efforts were made to keep the store accessible. I didn't feel like my shopping experience was hindered in anyway. I was served my Ed who was delightful and very very helpful. I came in to check prices, I then visited Benson's and returned to Dreams very quickly. Ed was very polite, very informative and kind. He was also attentive and quick to give me assistance. I am very happy with my experience with Dreams and I will definitely return when I want to buy a bed in the future., I was especially happy that you did a Saturday delivery as this was one of the main selling points since Benson's did not provide this service. Thank you!!

We purchased a mattress from the Hereford Store. The mattress was slightly damaged and we were given a very good discount. The mattress required a little needle work once we got home but overall, very satisfied. We are looking at purchasing a bed in the near future and we have identified one that suits our needs. Price is a major factor as to whether we purchase it and to get a £500 voucher off the item would allow us to use the money saved to purchase other items in the same store.
