Ashley Ward could not have been more helpful and friendly, whilst remaining professional. He helped me to find out whether my mattress, purchased 6 years ago, was under guarantee. It was and he sent an email immediately (checking that I was happy with the wording) to convey my concern over the dipping of the mattress. He explained the procedure from there and emphasised that I should not hesitate to contact him if I had not heard anything within a week. Super service! But then that's why I always go back to Dreams for anything to do with bedding. I would not DREAM of going anywhere else (how's that for a slogan?!)

We were very impressed with Emma's knowledge about the types of mattress and pillows available. Without crowding or pressurising us she provided helpful information and clearly had a thorough understanding of all products. She enabled us to make a selection to best suit our needs.

Ashley spent time explaining the differences between the types of mattress. He listened to my requests and quandaries and was able to find solutions for them all. He was polite, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I haven't yet received my goods so I can't comment on that yet.

Overall a total pleasant experience Shop was not busy, an assistant came over to help almost immediately explained range of products suggested we try certain beds make us a cup of coffee and was totally professional in his approach.

Ashley was really help on my visit to store we had the bed delivered on 4th May 2016 and assembled by Steve and Jason who very helpful in assembly of our bed, they even asked for the vaccumn cleaner to clean up after the assembly, very impressed with the service that we have had from the store to the delivery Thank you
