The sales lady Emma was extremely knowledgeable about the qualities of the mattresses in relation to our specific needs, which she listened to attentively. She encouraged us to spend lots of time trying out the two alternatives we had identified as possibles and made coffee for us. She in no way tried to sell us the more expensive of the two alternatives, even though we did opt for this eventually. Her colleague in the store also chatted in a most friendly and pleasant manner with us when we were completing the paperwork. It was a most relaxing way to make a major purchase.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a cheerful hello, I was assisted by the assistant manager Ashley, he was very helpful,his knowledge knew no bounds. The staff in the Hereford store are a credit to Dreams.

Both members of staff, Ash G & Ash W, were welcoming, friendly & knowledgeable. They explained clearly & patiently our options, offered coffee & seemed relaxed putting us at ease. The ordering process was quick & efficient, making our visit, which we were not looking forward to, a most pleasurable experience.

The advice of the salesperson was good, you had the product we wanted - all in all a good experience.
