Dreams - Hereford

Visited Dreams to purchase two mattresses for my sons. The sales assistant was polite and knowledgeable making the whole process much simpler. She was kind and patient with my son who had accompanied me.

Emma was kind and helpful and honest - telling me what was the best value for the money I had to spend. She was also mindful of my specific requirements (I have a bad back)

Emma served me, she was very helpful,and explained everything well. I was really pleased that she listened to what I said about my budget, didn't try to persuade me to go higher and made the effort to find something online which suited me.

Pleasant man who served us. Wasn't pushy or waiting for us as we walked through the door but there if we needed help. Very friendly. Knew his products. Able to discuss what we wanted without being pushed into a purchase.

Went to buy a new bed, staff were very helpful and assisted us in purchasing the right bed for us, able to answer all questions and product knowledge was good. We were served by Emma from the Hereford store who was exceptionally friendly and the speed and delivery of the sale was very good.

I needed a bed for my disability and although I don't have my blue badge yet the assistant made me aware of the discount if I get one in the future. He spent a lot of time advising me and listening to my feedback

I went in the store knowing I persificly wanted white bunk beds with mattresses and also had a budget. Ashley was so helpful that I got exactly what I needed within a short period of time. I even got to take the memory foam mattresses home that day.
