I went to visit the Hereford store to ask a question about the item I wanted to buy. The staff were all very friendly. Sandra was professional very knowledgeable.

Sandra was so helpful. I was a little overwhelmed when first entering the store as it was my first time of shopping for a bed. She asked all the right questions and escorted me around the store ensuring I found the perfect mattress and the bed base that was just what I was looking for.
