The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and honest in his advice on the mattress we required, also polite, once purchased we felt very happy with our purchase.

Mark was able to spend time with ,and was able to describe all types of mattress us ,no pressure to buy ,made us feel a valued customer

The member of staff spent along time assessing my needs and offering advice. When it came to ordering, there were issues with the bank checks and it took along time, however this was dealt with professionally by the dreams member of staff.

The store was well laid out and the assistant, Ash, really helped us find our way around and then gave us time to choose what we liked. He was friendly and so were the other assistants who offered us drinks. It was a pleasurable shopping experience and we feel confident that we chose the best bed for ourselves. The ordering was also easy and the terms and conditions mostly laid out clearly. If we didn't understand something, Ash was able to explain it to us.

The store manager Ian and Emma were very friendly and helpfully made us a drink before filling in all the paper work we both rate the service as excellent the best store we went into that day

Friendly but not over-powering service at store, kept informed about delivery. Delivery on time , very efficient and polite despite awkward stairway .

Ian was very attentive - even offered me a cup of tea. Tried a pillow as well but although very comfortable I don't need any at the moment - but I know where to come when I do. He also told me of the price promise which i wasn't aware of before visiting the store, he also carried the topper out and placed it in the boot of my car for me. I couldn't have asked for better service
