Ashley who served us was pleasant and highly efficient;with a good knowledge of the products. We were happy with the experience he was able to offer in helping us to select a bed and head board.

From the minute we walked into the store the staff couldn't do enough for us,from being offer tea or coffee twice, to the knowledge Emma,our assistant, had of our needs. I had already looked online so we knew what bed we wanted and Emma explained everything about the mattress that wasn't explained online. She was very helpful when we had a bit of a disagreement about the headboard and pointed out other headboard that we could buy. All in all Emma is a credit to your company.

Efficient friendly and helpful

We were extremely pleased with Ian (store manager) and his knowledge and guidance as we knew nothing about mattresses and he went out of his way the moment we entered to accommodate to our needs and wishes. Very helpful in setting up finances etc while also pleasantly apologetic about the level of paperwork. We will definitely be coming back to the Hereford store when needed in the future and will be recommending dreams to everyone I know.

Mark at the Hereford store was extremely helpful taking particular note of our requirements. All the staff seemed very knowledgeable of all their products, and happy to give us pointers that may be advantaous or disadvantageous to us. All staff were courteous and friendly but not in anyway pushy. We were concerned with some online reviews of our chosen product but confidence in the item was fully restored with some degree of incredulity at the reviews by your staff. Thank you very much for a reassuringly pleasant experience.
