Mark the assistant was informative, helpful and patient. There was an extensive range of beds, with many options and prices which were helpfully explained.

The information we were given by colleague Ian, helped us choose the right product for our needs. It was informative and comprehensive. We were even offered tea and coffee by this cheerfull assistant, who definitely knew the products and their uses.

I had an exceptional shopping experience shopping at dreams due to one fantastic capable lady who knows absolutely everything that i hope she would. At first i was a little worried i had neither shopped or looked a bedroom showroom ,but my worry's were quickly put to rest as I was approached by Emma,the wonderful sales rep who convinced me to buy this excellent investment. She was able to proved all the necessary answers to all of my need about buying a bed. she related herself to me in being in the same shoes as myself before and knowing that buying a bed for a first time can be a scary prospect especially when you have little or no idea what you are looking for. But thanks to Emma my mind was at complete rest and i was able to trow out all doubts i had in my mind about getting my bed. I'm so happy with the service that was provided that i go as far as to say Emma was the reason that i purchased from dreams in the end. she provided beverages which was a nice touch and certainly added to my shopping experience . I also felt that she was in know way pressurising me. which i feel really helped me out when i was unsure of what i am looking for. Due to Emma I am a very happy customer.

Both me and my husbands bed comfort has always been paramount in our lives, which I think has reflected on our careers . Mine involved nursing some working nights, and my husband working for the forces.So our bed has been important. We have had super kings bed for many years , and know the great expense is important. But now with my MS diagnosis my restful comfort/ sleep plays a vital roll in the good management of my condition. Ashley G was very tentative and very understanding too us both, made us feel very comfortable offered drinks , offered many items around the store, but chose the 1st one he showed us Ashley made our experience a pleasure,and glad we went to Dreams that day.👍
