Dreams - Hereford

I came in looking for furniture as I am currently studying to become a nutritionist! I had been struggling all day and needed a desk as soon as possible! The kind gentleman called Ian in your Hereford store was very chatty and friendly, didn't pressurise me to purchase, I really struggle in stores, such as dreams, to be left to have a look in my own time without being told so much information at one time. He was very pleasant, the transaction went through very well and it was nice to have good customer service as I work in retail myself. Very lovely man!

The service we received was brilliant. Ian was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and understood our needs. We were shown a range of products before we chose and made our purchase. We also tested out different pillows to see what was best for us and advised that delivery for our mattress would be within the week which was great. We were offered coffee and sweets whilst we made our purchase and the whole buying experience was lovely I would recommend Dreams to friends!

The assistant wasn't pushy. I will walk out of a store if I feel I'm being pushed into a sale. She was very helpful and listened to exactly what I wanted rather than simply trying to sell me the most expensive bed in the store.

The assistant was very patient. We had lots of questions. Measurements. Thoughts. Nothing was too much trouble. She made us several cups of coffee. Listened and worked around every issue we raised.

Mark at Hereford was very helpful on both the occasions we visited the store showing a high knowledge of detail of the type of beds and answered all our questions.

Emma at your Hereford branch was very good, very helpful and understanding.As we had brought our mattress in the dept last week, my husband I found the bed to high. Explained our dilemma to Emma, she soon put us at ease after our explanation given. Emma armed with her tape measure, and allowing me to try the height with time and no rush was made dispite other customers browsing in the shop. The bed issue was very important to me, to get right as I do have Mulitpule Sclerosis. Bed comfort to me and also my husband Clive is important.I know in future I have no worries or fear of going shopping for a new bed, as we both used to dread this task, more so since my diagnosis, has now been a great experience. Even the disabled toilets were imacculatly clean. Thank you, for the experience.
