Just the mattress we want

The quality of the service shown to me was excellent, detailing all the qualities of the different beds available, she took her time which enabled me to make the right choice which bed would suit my needs. I was offered tea and felt in a very relaxed atmosphere.

From entering the store to walking out we received quality service from Ash G. We were introduced to other possible products that may suit our needs. I informed him of a health problem I had and he tailored this information to the products also. No 'pushy' sales person technique used and made it a very easy transaction and visit to the store. Family members have already said they will be visiting the store for their own purchase

I went in, was immediately greeted and welcomed and was able to buy exactly what I wanted with a great deal of ease

We were greeted by Mark who listened to our requirements and went through the options resulting in buying a new bed.

Ian helped us two days in a row and was more than willing to spend lots of time with us to make sure we had all the information we needed to make the right purchase. He was very welcoming - and it was nice to be remembered when we returned today as he said "hello, welcome back". We had cups of tea both days running and Ian also stayed with us after closing time to complete our enquiry yesterday and our subsequent purchase today. He was open, honest and gave good advice and tips, and seemed genuinely interested in getting us the best deal for us, rather than just selling to us.

We were greeted at the Hereford store my Sotre Manager - Ian. He was very friendly and helped us to buy the right bed for the right price. He advised us of the best quality of matress and informed us about the offers they had on and helped us to buy a bed that met our needs for a very reasonable price. We will definitely go there again to buy our next bed and any other items we may need that they can provide us with.
