Very easy to talk to the men about what we needed for them to help us.

Ashley took the time to listen to what I wanted. As I have never pur chased a bed on my own before I was quite anxious.

We informed Ashley W who served us exactly what we were after and the fact that we needed the item as quickly as possible due to my mothers illness and having to have a bed downstairs He was very approachable and got straight to the point which is what my dad likes to hear. He tried to get the bed to us in the quickest time possible as he could see we needed it asap too

Ashley was very helpful and objective in his comments. All options were covered really well and he could not have done more to help. It was for this reason we decided to make our purchase.

We were given plenty of time and freedom to look for a bed that matched our expected needs before one of the assistants came and offered his support and knowledge. We did not feel pushed or intimidated into making a decision. The support and knowledge that Ashley, the assistant provided was very useful and helpful in our decision making.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, we were not left waiting about. Efficient order processing and very good delivery date. Good variety of products.

Your staff member was really good and knew about products but did not pester. Just gave the information needed and let us make our decisions.
