Ashley (the sales assistant) was very attentive and made sure that I came away from the store a throughly satisfied customer. He went above and beyond to make my shopping experience a good one

The item was explained very fully. I was offered a coffee whilst I weighed it all up, I could ask questions and Ashley knew his facts and he was not pushy. He was polite had excellent customer service and met my expectations as I had shopped at Dreams before.

My wife and I were completely satisfied with the help we received from the store assistant ,Ash. G. He had full knowledge of the mattresses and was extremely polite. He showed us a variety of mattresses and asked us to try them out for comfort and support. Having made our choice he was thorough all through the sale process. The next time we visit Dreams store in Hereford i will ask for Ash ,G in person .

The sales man who met us to see if we would like any help or assistance was very polite and knowledgeable and offerd us a cup of tea/ coffee while we chatted about the products on offer and whether or not they were right for what we wanted.

The in store representative was very knowledgable, professional and answered all our questions before allowing my wife and I to discuss the options without disruption and in private.

We felt very relaxed and unpressured, yet the assistant was helpful available and knowledgeable, all together a pleasant shoppping experience, and would definitely recommend to friends
