We were greeted on arrival by Ash G informed of various product choices and given time and Space to make our decision,offered coffee or tea and order processed very efficiently.Delivery date also very flexible.Could not fault the experience in any way.

We visited the Hereford store and was served by Ian and what a fantastic service we received. Great knowledge of the products we were looking at purchasing. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with everything. Offered us a cup of coffee and kept the kids entertained whilst my husband and I were deciding on purchase. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Ian to friends and family. If we received service like we did by Ian in every shop we went to people would walk round with a constant smile on their face. Great customer service goes a long way and will not be forgotten. Ian is an asset!!!!

This is the first time We have used a National Company to purchase Bedding Products but found the experience relaxing, friendly and very informative without being pressurised into making a purchase. We were provided with various options and cost ranges, the choice was vast but with Ashley's products knowledge, We were able to make the correct selection for Our purposes.

They listened to the qualities we were looking for in a new bed Base and mattress and we received the exact product we were looking For

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't feel like that were pushing a sale nor were they trying to sell us something we didn't need or werent interested in. They were patient whills we tried to choose the best mattress to suit and everything was done quick and efficiently once we had decided.

Very friendly staff, from the moment I walked into the store. sorted a mattress out for me and it's going to be here on Tuesday. Don't have to wait long at all. I even got my pillows for free...

Very up front and honest. Answered all my queries, never felt hurried. Even offered a cup of coffee.

The sales assistant Ian was extremely helpful and knew his subject matter which helped us decide the products that were right for us!
