Ian was very helpful and knew what he was talking about.... It's the second time we visited and the second visit with Ian is why we bought.

Staff extremely helpful, offered tea/coffee/sweeties, comfortable chair and efficient service what more could a customer ask for. Also noticed Manager's patience, tact and diplomacy following the arrival of a family with small children who wanted to climb all over the beds!!

Ashley was extremely helpful in helping us to choose the right headboard at the right price to suit existing bedroom colours.

The assistant Emma had very good customer service attitude . I found the type of bed I was looking for wiyh ease and was given good guidance and specifications by the assistant. Overall left feeling that I had made a good sensible purchase.

They took alot of time tailoring our needs gave us advice on all aspects of the purchase one good thing they let us make our own decision without them pushing you into a product you may regret also explained what they could offer if not entirely satisfied once products have been delivered

I can't tell enough how helpful Ashley was with us we didn't have a clue when we went in to the shop he helped choose everything by explaining everything to detail that made our mind up we didn't need to go else where it's thanks to him that we brought it all with you .

Ian, the store manager, was absolutely outstanding with first rate product and promotion knowledge and a first class customer facing attitude and manner. Ian is very obviously passionate about the products, the company and his team and store and brought his experience and understanding to bear on our order process. Having recently moved into a new home we received shoddy customer service from a number of other companies but not Dreams and Ian. I have had no hesitation in recommending Dreams Hereford to friends and colleagues because of the exemplary customer service we received from your store manager.
